Privacy Policy

This document ("Privacy Policy") explains the privacy rules applicable to personal data and other information collected or submitted when you access, install, or use our Services regardless of the device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) you use.

The capitalized words used in this Privacy Policy as definitions are defined here or in our General Terms.

By accessing, installing and/or using our Services, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any provisions hereof, please do not use our Services and Websites.

1. Collection and Use of Social Account Information

Our application collects certain social account information from users to provide and improve our services and can upload them in the secure cloud server of our partner. This information is collected in accordance with applicable laws and is used for the specific purposes described below.

1.1 Types of Data We Collect:

"Personal Data" means any data that allows someone to identify or contact an individual data subject, including, for example, name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. "Anonymous Data" means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below.

1.2 Information You Provide to Abc Privacy

Account Information. When you sign up for an Account, we may require certain information such as your full name, email address(s), and password.

1.3 Information We Receive from Your Use of Our Services:

1.3.1 Your Contacts

We provide a variety of Services that enable you to effectively manage contact information that you provide to us as part of the Services. When you use the Contacts feature in Abc Privacy, we may collect and store the following information:

• First name
• Last name
• Complete name
• Contact number/phone number
• Social Media Posts or Activities (if applicable)

This information is used solely for the purpose of enabling you to hide or unhide contacts within the app. When a user chooses to hide a contact, the selected contact is removed from the device's default contact list and stored in an inaccessible folder within the user's device. These hidden contacts are only accessible within the App and are not shared with any third-party services. Upon restoring hidden contacts from the App, they are returned to their original location in the device's contact list.

1.3.2 Relationship Information.

1.3.3 Usage and Device Information

We may collect the following information from the applications and devices you use to access our Services:

• Device type
• Device model
• Device identifiers (e.g., IMEI number)
• IP address: when you use our VPN to change location
• Advertising ID of your device

This information helps us improve the performance and security of our Services, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide personalized content and recommendations. We may also use this information for analytics purposes to understand how users interact with our app and to optimize user experience.

2. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

2.1 When You Consent, Agree or Direct Us to Share

You may authorize us to disclose your information to others, such as when you connect a third party application or website to access your Account, when you participate in promotional activities conducted by third parties, or when you exercise consent as requested in the use of our Services.

2.2 Sharing between Users

To provide our Services, we may need to share certain information with other Users of our Services, as it is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us.

2.3 Compliance with Law and Responding to Legal Requests:

We may disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with applicable laws, including cooperation with law enforcement, judicial orders, and regulatory inquiries.

2.4 Information Shared by Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to help us provide our Services and deliver relevant advertising experiences:

• Google AdMob - Mobile advertising platform (see section 2.5)
• Facebook Audience Network - Social advertising network (see section 2.6)
• Unity Ads - Interactive advertising platform (see section 2.7)
• AppsFlyer - Mobile attribution and analytics (see section 2.8)
• Trustlook - Antivirus functionality (see section 2.9)
• Firebase Analytics - App analytics and performance monitoring

These service providers may have access to your Personal Data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

2.5 Google AdMob

Our app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is a mobile advertising platform that may collect and process certain data to show you relevant ads:

• Advertising ID from your device (a unique, user-resettable ID for advertising, provided by your device's operating system)
• IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location
• Device information (such as device model, operating system version)
• App usage data to improve ad targeting
• Crash reports and performance data which help improve the app

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we request your consent before displaying personalized ads in compliance with applicable regulations. You can update your advertising preferences at any time through the settings in our app or through your device's settings.

Google uses the collected information to provide, maintain, and improve AdMob services, develop new services, measure the effectiveness of ads, protect against fraud and abuse, and personalize content and ads that you see on our app and other apps and services.

2.9 Antivirus Functionality

For antivirus functionality, Abc Privacy utilizes Trustlook's anti-virus SDK to scan for malware on the user's device. The SDK collects information about installed applications, including package names, signatures, and hashes, and transmits this data to our partner cloud service for virus detection purposes. By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge and agree to the antivirus functionality described herein.

Trustlook CloudSDK provides Android malware detection services based on Trustlook NGSE cloud service. Trustlook is also uploading user installed apps or making this antivirus feature work. It collects application data but not other data for antivirus purpose:

• User Data
  • CloudSDK DOES NOT collect any personal information from the mobile devices, including username, password, email address, address, telephone number, contacts, text messages, fingerprint, photos, and videos etc.
• Device Data
  • CloudSDK DOES NOT collect any device information, including device name, manufacture, model, system version and device id etc.
• Application Data
  • CloudSDK collects the application data like package name, MD5 hash and signature information. CloudSDK uses them to determine if an application or APK file is a virus.

Trustlook will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of Trustlook and its affiliated companies unless (a) expressly authorized by you, (b) necessary to enable Trustlook contractors or agents to perform certain functions for us, or (c) required or permitted by law. In all cases, we will disclose the information consistent with applicable laws and regulations and we will require the recipient to protect the information and use it only for the purpose it was provided. 3. DATA RETENTION

Your data is not shared anywhere, we are not saving your personal data in remote server. Our partner Trustlook will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of Trustlook and its affiliated companies unless (a) expressly authorized by you.

4. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROL

4.1 Advertising Preferences

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings:

• On Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization

Please note that opting out of personalized advertisements does not mean you will no longer receive advertisements, but rather that the ads you see may be less relevant to your interests.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

5.1 Email Choices

We offer you choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your Personal Data. If you are a User of our Services, we may periodically send you free newsletters and emails that promote our Site or Services as well as products or services we think you may be interested in. When you receive such promotional newsletters or communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving them from us and you will have the opportunity to "opt-out" by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive. Despite your indicated email preferences, we may send you service-related communication, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE GDPR

In the Use of our Services we mainly act as data processor and, in some cases, we may act as data controller when we determine the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data. European Economic Area (EEA) residents may exercise any of the rights described in this section by using the applicable functionality in our Services or by contacting us directly. If you reside outside of the European Union, you may have similar rights under your local laws. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before taking action on your request.
